Development notice: Paid Sound is a development application. These preliminary terms are a product disclosure, not a substitute for finalized terms before public operation.

Markets are community-created. Linking a public SoundCloud profile does not imply artist endorsement, partnership or rights to the artist’s intellectual property. Only upload artwork you are permitted to use.

Artist verification establishes control of a SoundCloud account. It does not certify the safety or legitimacy of any market. Paid Sound takes 0% of app-level creator fees. Network and protocol costs are separate.

The current devnet token provider offers fixed-supply test token creation, without trading or fee collection. Mainnet operation requires a production provider and finalized operational and legal arrangements.
