Development notice: Use Sound is a development application. These preliminary terms are a product disclosure, not a substitute for finalized terms before public operation.

Markets are community-created. Linking a public SoundCloud profile does not imply artist endorsement, partnership or rights to the artist’s intellectual property. Only upload artwork you are permitted to use.

Artist verification establishes control of a SoundCloud account. It does not certify the safety or legitimacy of any market. Use Sound takes 0% of app-level creator fees. Network and protocol costs are separate.

Pump markets support purchases, sales and protocol creator fees. Use Sound controls a separate fee-claim authority for each market and authorizes withdrawals only to the verified artist wallet. This is a custodial service, not a trustless escrow. Account rent reserves and protocol charges are separate from withdrawable creator fees.
